Flu Information

We seem to be seeing an increase in flu numbers again. You’ll notice that our flu B numbers in particular are rising. This is a normal trend - usually we see a peak in flu A numbers followed by a peak in flu B numbers. Oneida county would like to remind residents if you have sudden onset of fever, body aches, fatigue, cough, sore throat, and/or runny nose try and see your health care provider. Tamiflu works best when given within 48 hours of symptoms onset.
