The Green Window Replacement Initiative
Property owners owning property in the City of Utica’s high risk designated areas may take free classes to learn how to replace their windows in a lead safe manner. The dates are: January 12th 6pm-9pm, February 9th 6pm-9pm, March 9th 6pm-9pm, March 30th 6pm-9pm.
