This program promotes the health and well-being of women, infants and children through education and outreach with providers, agencies and the community. Areas of education include:

  • Birth Outcomes
  • Breast Feeding/Infant Feeding
  • Pregnancy and Parenting Referrals
  • Nutrition

Prenatal Medicaid

Prenatal Medicaid can assist income eligible pregnant women, both insured and uninsured, with high co-pays, out of pocket costs and insurance for their newborns. Qualified staff are available to help pregnant women determine if they are eligible for assistance from the Prenatal Medicaid Program. This service is only provided to women in certain circumstances and when there are no other enrollment options. For more information call Clinical Services at 315-798-5747.
