In Home Personal Care

This program provides housekeeping, personal care, ancillary and case management services to clients age 60 and over on a sliding fee scale. Several of them are provided through EISEP as well as various Medicaid funded personal care services.

OFA-OCC CONTRACTS WITH ONE PERSONAL EMERGENCY RESPONSE PROVIDER: Critical Signals (GTL).  OFA-OCC also directly provides personal emergency response systems through Emergency 911 cell phones.
