The County of Oneida is accepting offers on the following properties.  The County will review offers on these properties made in writing that are presented at the Department of Finance.  All offers are subject to the Oneida County Board of Legislators approval.  Do not make any offer on any property without completely researching the property.  The Commissioner or his Deputy maintains the right to reject any offer.  Upon approval a quitclaim deed will be filed and the cost of the filing paid by the new owner.  Any questions please call the Department of Finance at 798-5760.
