2. Study sheets – question and answers
3. Mailing addresses and driving instructions to your appointment with the State Department.
4. Passport size photos may be taken in our office for a variety of government applications needs.

Naturalization Ceremony

Our office hosts 4 naturalization ceremonies per year.  Our ceremonies are: February 8, 2008, August 1, 2008, September 26, 2008 and November 7, 2008 at 10:30 a.m. The Ceremony will be held at the Oneida County Office Building, 800 Park Ave. Utica, on the 10^th floor. Naturalization/Genealogy

Our office holds the original declaration of intent and naturalization for Oneida Co. and some of Herkimer Co.  Our documents date back to the early 1800’s.  A large percent of these records have information regarding dates of arrival, place of residence upon arrival.  Some records have original photos of immigrants.  Dates and names of family members that have migrated to the United States.  There is a minimal fee for record copies.  You may request a family record search by visiting our office website or sending an email to: bbreen@ocgov.net
