FEBRUARY IS HEALTHY HEART MONTH - 1-12-05
February is a good time to review the ways to have a healthy heart.  Some cardiac risk factors need medication and some can be corrected by will power.  We need to monitor and treat high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and high blood sugar.  Many people also need to lose weight, stop smoking, and get more exercise.
