The Youth Bureau was the guest of the Greater Utica Sunrise Rotary’s meeting. Director Ryan Nobles shared with Rotarians many of the positive things the Youth Bureau is doing for young people in Oneida County. Rotary is one of the most active civic organizations in the world and Oneida County is lucky to have a number of clubs in the area.  The Sunrise Rotary has the distinction of having their meetings at 7am! While the early morning meetings can be tough, they work very well for professionals that don’t have time in their daily schedules to fit in a Rotary meeting.
