DID YOU KNOW?
The Youth Bureau does more than just allocate funds.  We serve as an advocate, friend and partner in the cause of positive youth development.  Positive youth development is more than just giving out money.  It is developing positive programs that help get kids on the right track
.

Who We Serve:
The Oneida County Youth Bureau serves as the funding arm of 47 different agencies and municipalities that receive state funds through the Office of Children and Family Services to provide valuable programs and services to youth.  We serve as a conduit to the community to meet area needs in a cost-effective, pro-active way.

The funds we allocate are divided into three categories:

SDPP
(Special Delinquency Prevention Programs)

YDPP
(Youth Development Delinquency Prevention Programs

RHYA
(Runaway and Homeless Youth Act Funded Programs)
