Oneida County Executive Anthony J. Picente, Jr. today praised Black River Systems of Utica for its efforts to support the Oneida County College Student Corps and help grow the high tech workforce of the future. 

Oneida County Executive Anthony J. Picente, Jr., today announced that the Oneida County Youth Bureau, the Utica Police Department, the Boys and Girls Club of the Mohawk Valley, the City of Utica Youth Bureau and the Community Foundation have formed a successful partnership to add the first ever Police Athletic (Summer Basketball) League to Oneida County’s wide range of high quality summer programming for youth ages 13-18.

          Oneida County Executive Anthony J. Picente, Jr. today announced that more than 500 Oneida County teen-agers will participate in a Work Readiness Day of activities designed to help them get the most out of their Summer Youth Employment Program work experience.
