Social Adult Day Care serves functionally impaired seniors, providing socialization, adequate nutrition and recreational activities in a supervised setting.  Our case managers work closely with site coordinators to ensure each participant's programming needs are met.  SADC also works as an excellent form of respite for caregivers.

We purchase services with the following five community providers at six locations in Oneida County:

• Resource Center for Independent Living, Utica
• Rome Family YMCA, Rome and Sylvan Beach
